Wrong MTurk account balance is being displayed

If the wrong MTurk account balance is displayed, the reason is likely that your TurkPrime account is setup to connect to a different Amazon MTurk account than the one you funded.

Please note that the Amazon MTurk account that TurkPrime uses is completely determined by the secret access keys you specify when you setup the connection from TurkPrime to MTurk and is not based on your email address at all.

Please click Setup Mechanical Turk (in menu dropdown when you click on your account name in upper right) account to connect to your funded Amazon MTurk account. (Be sure it is the correct MTurk account by checking the account balance in Amazon MTurk before copying the secret access keys.)
