A little more than a year ago you could update / launch and the spinner would spin for 1 minute. Now it sometimes spins for up to an hour.
This is usually due to an increase in the number of exclusions/qualifications that the study is requiring. We recommend using exclude worker groups to speed this process up. You can read more about that here: https://go.cloudresearch.com/knowledge/creating-a-worker-group
@Shimmy Krumholtz: Does the universal exclude list contribute to this long delay. We have spinners for up to 45 minutes at times.
