I've returned a few projects due to previous completion and not wanting to take an opportunity or funds from another participant. Can we figure out how to inform if someone has completed a project?

Theresa DeLuca: Hi Theresa, I tried to go back to look at my returned projects and I'm not able to see which ones I returned due to this particular issue. If and when it happens again, I'll enter it in the "Report Issue" box, but it's happened more than once.
